Can anyone please take some time to explain to me in a simplistic way why or why not purchase all 3 software applications. What are the differences?
-SilverFast Ai Studo
- Archive Suite
- HDR Studio Suite?
PS .....I will be running OS X Mountain Lion with Epson Perfection V750-M Pro Scanner. ... Thank you

Dear customer,

The Archive Suite is a bundle of SilverFast Ai Studio and HDR Studio.
It offers the best price if you would like to use our archiving workflow.

The Ai Studio version is the full feature scanning software.
The HDR Studio is being used to process the archived raw images (64bit HDRi or 48 bit HDR).

These unchanged raw images allow you to quickly scan your films using SilverFast Ai Studio and archive them for later processing in SilverFast HDR Studio.
This speeds up the archiving process because the processing of the files is later done in SilverFast HDR Studio.
It also allows you to process images for different uses (internet, presentations, printing, etc.) without having to rescan them.

kind regards,
Arne Ketelhohn.

I have two different supported scanners, an Epson V750, and a Nikon Super CoolScan 5000 ED. May I assume that one version of HDR Studio will cover scanned data produced from both scanners?. Thus would it make sense to purchase the Archive Suite bundle for one of the scanners, and the SF Ai Studio for the other?

Dear Brian,

that is exactly the right way :-)
When you have bought a SilverFast version, you will get the second one with a discount by clicking on the upgrade button in the shop and choosing the '"crossgrade" option.
