I FIND THE MOVIES USEFUL TOO, BUT SOME OF THEM DON'T COME UP VISUALLY THOUGH I CAN HEAR HEAR EVERYTHING.

Be sure to
update your Quicktime player. With my Quicktime v4, I had the same problem. After upgrading to v6, I also can see the movie.

I've been debating and procrastinating over buying Silverfast Ai. The Quicktime movies precipitated my decision. The excellent feedback to e-mail questions to the Florida office started the process - the movies finalized it for me. Sold.
