I use UMAX SilverFast SE (6.4.2r5a) with scanner UMAX 4700.
At comes the error report scan

Fehler beim Scannprocess
Kann Kommado ?Set Window? nicht senden

Can anyone help me?

Hello,

I am trying to evaluate SE 6.4.3 with UMAX Astra 4700 and I have repeatdly the same error:
Cannot send command "Set Window" during pre-scan.

This is Windows XP/SP2.

Do you have any recommendation
