I can`t tell you exactely,but there was a small program,that came with the Magicscan software.Since I don`t have it installed right now,I`m not sure about how it`s called.
There also should be a Silverfast log.file in your Photoshop Import-export folder,which should give you the firmware version.

Anyway. Scan time for me is somewhat above 2 minutes (or 5 sec less, in case I started scanning time incorrectly).

This stuff doesn`t mean anything to me.I can`t find the log file on my computer anymore,but I found the one for my Microtek-scanner,which also shows the firmware version.Anyway...your scan takes even longer than mine (96sec).So you should get the optimum out of your Powerlook 3000.
BTW,are you using Windows?I have XP.
