Umax 1120 - No Shadow Detail

I have been stuck in the this three day job for three weeks. I am working with transpariencies of landscapes. I have purchased Silvefast studio and The Official Guide. I have tried all settings with no change. Is it the scanner?

Please contact the SilverFast support by using the problem report form:
http://www.silverfast.com/problemreport/en.html

Please send us the SF_LogFile. On a Mac OS X PC you will find the SF_Logfile in /Users/(your username)/
Library/Preferences/LaserSoft Imaging.

On a Windows 2000 or XP system the SF_Logfile is placed within /Documents
and
Settings/(your username)/Application Data/LaserSoft Imaging.

Please send us also a step-by-step description of what you are doing until your problem occours reproducable. This will help us to support you as quick as possible.
