SF Launcher quits with error after a few seconds

I was very willing to buy SF SE to be able to use my Astra 4500 with Panther.
Downloaded appropriate SE, launched, saw something like "Lampe erw?rmen...", heard the humming of the stepper motor... and then it quit "unexpectedly"...
The console showed the following

I already used the "please follow here" link in this form and asked SUPPORT. But no reaction...
Any chance for me get this straight?

This Errormessage is uncommon, nothing we are aware of in the current version. What System do you have (G3 / G4 / G5) and what hardware do you have else (Memory ...) ?
