I?m using SF5.2 for Powerlook 3000/WinMe.What does "limit gamma slope" mean?What does DOR2 mean?Does it provide another quality than DOR1?

DOR and DOR2 refer to the different optics of the Powerlook 3000. With DOR+DOR2 the highest resolution is possible, which is 3000 dpi. DOR1 scans the upper half , DOR2 the lower half of the scan bed. Selecting DOR you can only scan a small vertical strip at 3000 dpi.
Limit Gamma Slope would restrict the steepness of the gamma curve, in case the scanner would produce too much noise in dark scans.
