I've installed my original SF 6 into Photoshop 7. Now that I've upgraded to Photoshop CS, is there a way to keep the 7 complete with SF, but add my Ai/HDR plugins to the CS as well?

Dear Alexy.
You can do one of the following:
1. Copy the SilverFast plugin from your PS7 folder to the import folder of PhotoShop CS. Note: You now have two plugins, which do not share settings.
2. Set the "Additional Plug-Ins Directory" of PS CS to the import folder of PS7. This additional folder is set in PhotoShop in "Edit:Preferences:Plugins & Scratch Disk...". Note: you now are using the same plugin with PS7 and PS CS.
Best regards
