Slides scanning

Hello I'm a newbee and have some trouble with scanning my slides.
I'm using an Epson V750 and just scanned a set of 12 slides.
I want to scan a new set of slides and see my slides of the session before
How do I renew that
I think its simple but can't see the solution

you simply execute a new prescan.
That refreshes the preview.
