New user- SE Plus 6.6 Epson V600
It os hard to tell from the submitted scan but there is a white band all the way around the scan.
Is there a way to make the scan white like the background? Or make the size of the scan fill the entire background?
I can follow step by step directions but don't really understand all the tools of the program
thanks
Scan is dark and background is white or fill all

Re: Scan is dark and background is white or fill all
Dear customer,
Yes there is.
What you see there is actually the color of the paper.
(Older Paper gets yellow and fresh paper is mostly blue)
But that is just for background information.
In the smaller SF 6.6 tool box.
In the top row of tools you will find an Icon with a black and a white triangle.
Click the white triangle.
Your mouse pointer will turn into a triangle too.
Then simply click on the background to tell SilverFast it should be white.
You can do the same with the black triangle for the writing so it becomes true black.
kind regards,
Arne Ketelhohn.
