Please Help - Missing Window

Hi All

I'm new to Silverfast and need some help.

The last time I launched Silverfast I had a window which had the exposure value saturation/lightness etc. - Just 2 tabs.

This window has now dissapeared and I don't know how to recall it. Documentation doesn't seem to mention it.

This was not fixed by eith restarting or upgrading to latest software.

Dear John

I suppose you had this window while you where in demo mode of SilverFast. Once you serialise your software, what feature are available to you depend on your serial number.
If e.g. an Ai demo acting as an Ai Studio demo (you probably mean the picture settings dialogue, cf. https://www.silverfast.com/img/screensho ... dio-en.jpg ) is serialised as an "ordinary" Ai, that dialogue "vanishes" (because it doesn't belong to a standard Ai version).

In doubt, you might want to contact support staff (> Support > Contact menu) via the problemreport form for an individual help to your problem.
