New to Silverfast...Nikon Coolscan 9000, Mac OS 10.11.2. When I pre scan a negative, the image looks fine. When I do the final scan, I end up with a VERY DARK RED image. What am I doing wrong? I tried to play around with the settings, can't find a solution.
Is there something I need to change in the CMS Workflow Pilot? Do I need to change the "task" from "Print" to "Archive"? I am just totally lost!
Thanks.

Re: Nikon CoolScan 9000 Negative scanning problem
Dear customer,
This often happens if you have selected one of the 48/64 bit HDR(i) RAW formats or are using the Archive workflow.
These are saved unchanged for later processing in SilverFast HDR Studio and will be very dark.
Try using the normal 48->24 bit or 48 bit output or the "edit" workflow.
Kind regards,
Arne Ketelhohn
