it8 / cms defaults

Hi when calibratiing what are the cms defaults supposed to be set at? None? I did that and my "successful" it8 scan looks bad. I don't get it?
Any help would be great thanks- Nick.

After a succesfull calibration, please use "Export ICC". In CMS settings use "scanner->intern" "colorsync" and "Scanner(Reflectiv/Transp)" "SF_R/T (Scannername)". "Intern->Monitor" should be "Automatic" and "intern" your desired internal colorspace (Adobe RGB(1998) as example).
