batch scans

Postby jimmy snap » Mon Jul 02, 2007 11:21 am

greetings from rainy oxford

i am scannning 3-4 negatives at the same time; so using the batch scan.

however, i am not convinced i am doing things in the right order because when i 'tweak' each individual negative before the batch scan begins, all the other negatives seem to fluctuate on the screen.

at present here is the sequence of events;would be very grateful for help

1.prescan
2. highlight each image with cursor and adapt the image, eg. lighten
3. do the saqme with the others
4.scan

thing is even though i thought i had brightened/darkened each negative that does not seem to have happened once the images appear on my photoshop screen

please please help!!!!
