Hello Nils,

Multi-Exposure works in Demo mode but not with the serial number Silverfast sent me after I purchased the upgrade to 6.5.0r4. So you need to provide me with a valid serial number that unlocks all the new features I purchased.

I have a service request in and a post on Canon Flatbed scanners. I have downloaded the 6.50r4 upgrade but there is no Multiexposure nor do the two new Negafix profiles show in the Negafix profile list. Would you please let me know the status of my support request.

I understand that Lasersoft is considering adding a Negafix profile for Kodak Ultra 100. If you do not, can you tell me which current profile is similar to this film and could be used with some adjustment? Also, are you adding a profile for Ultra 400?
