Please tell us wich versions do you use under wich OS system.

I used this scanner here under XP and OSX.10.2.8

Everythink work fine with the latest version R5/R6. Please delete all the old stuff and drivers and reinstall only the SilverFast software.

Please tell us wich version do you use ?

Older Versions had a bug because the vendor gave us every week new firmwares.

The latest version should work.

INDEX SCAN

In SilverFast its called: "OVERVIEW"

Its a small Button at the vertical button list. If you are scrolling with your mouse over these buttons the help text say "Overview scan"

Also you can watch in your docu for these words.

Multi Sampling

The Epson Hardware doesn?t support multi sampling !

SilverFast Ai has the option to use the software multi sampling methode.
Its one of our features. :lol:

0. Put all pictures 100,200,1000.. to our JobManager

1. Select the first picture, activat the EDIT function and make your settings (bring the pic to 50 MB)

2. Copy these settings to all JM Pics

3. Choose format and path, start .....here we gooo !
