Let me ask you some questions: Does this happen while scanning in Photoshop ? - Maybe lack of memory reserverd for Photoshop itself or - to less memory for the plug-in reserved ? for any supported ADF Unit, there will be the option to choose in process mode. Otherwise it is not recognized or implemented.

you press the "i" - "credits" - "upgrade" and overwrite the old number with the new one.

the IT8 option depends on your license to use it.

So the serial which has already been entered for the license without IT8 has to be overwritten.

And the original CD is a safety request.

Dear albqphotog,

with your feature CD you should have recieved a new serial also.
At the point where you delete the old serial, put your new IT8 number in.

Keep the feature CD in drive - while you serialize.

The IT8 button will appear.
