The SE iSRD is just a additional description by the manufacturer plustek. For us a SE has just the additional feature iSRD built in with the infrared scanners. So the SE number will automatically provide the iSRD feature when it is available.

Dear customer,

both models have no project yet, so I recommend to ask the manufacturers if they would like to have added value with a SilverFast version. As both companies are partners I can't tell which would be the first to come.
