EEPROM change and Silverfast support

Hello LaserSoft, I am pursuing the EEPROM upgrade you have brokered with Microtek. First of all, let me say THANK YOU! Secondly, once we do this upgrade, I am assuming the scanner will be detected as a Microtek 120tf. If this is the case, I am again assuming that my Silverfast software will not work...

I have sent a problem report, and my sf_logfile to http://www.silverfast.com/problemreport/en.html as version 6.2.1r1 does not resolve my problem.

Thank you,

Sprintscan 120 filmstrip offset funtionality

Hello Support, The filmstrip offset button is present in version 6.2.0r8, but it does not function for the Sprintscan 120. You can attempt to use it, but it does not change the offset. Is this functionality supported, or does something need to be fixed within the software? Thank you, Seth Friedman

Version 6.0.1r18 fixes all of my problems

Version 6.0.1r18 fixes all of my problems. The special functions are also much, much faster. I am very happy with version 6 so far.

SF 6 -ai 6.0.1r07 and HDR 6.0.1r10- crash using GANE OS 10.2

When I try to scan large files (anything over 20MB) using Silverfast AI and HDR in OS 10.2 with GANE the plugin crashes. This happens from both Photoshop and with the standalone plugin. This did not occur in OS X 10.1.5. I love version 6 and await further updates.

Thank you,

This problem has been fixed in the newest HDR demo, version 6.01d07. Now I just have to wait for the full version(s) to be made available.

Using Selective Color Correction and 48bit output causes both HDR and AI to crash. Version 6.01r05 for both. All in OS X, the scanner is a Sprintscan 120.

OS X version 5.5.2r11, stand alone app is version 1.07 carbon. I do not have it installed as a Photoshop plugin, I am only using it as standalone, so everything is installed in the Silverfast Application folder.

Thanks

I have been using this application with OS X and my Sprintscan 120. Whenever I try to scan files with any sort of rotation the files save in a corrupted state. All other functions seem to work properly. Thanks for a great add on.
