Still Can't D/L DC Studio Pro
Dear Sonny... I have just returned to download DC Pro Studio... and still can't do it. I have Control-Clicked and "Downloaded Linked File" as you suggested. Also have Option-Clicked plus 2 or three other options. You were right it was "painless" but it still didn't work. Still receiving "SFE-6-3.4.1...

Cleaning negs and trans
I tried PEC 12 and found it left a residue on my film. So I use "ethol" Film Cleaner and find it to be better. I still use the PEC Pads though. I put the ethol in to a small spray bottle and mist the Pec Pads very lightly. Almost like a perfume sample. Kinda spray it in the air and waft the pad thro...

IT-8 Calibtation & Targets
Hi TDK... I understand what you are trying to do. You are in the cloud of confusion and mystery that side tracked me at the start too. We want to get the best possible final results we can and use Silverfast to do it. In our world, we are working with a variety of lighting situations, exposures, emu...

Thanks. I am downloading the documentation now and will cuddle up with the print out tonight. I had 348 edited images to process yesterday and after trying once I ended up choosing 16 that represented the shoot. (different light balances, different ASA, mixed light, strobe light, hard light soft lig...

Documentattion Please
Good Morning Germany... Please put the documentation for DC Pro Studio and DC Pro online. The Silverfast web site link is broken. I'm floundering around trying to get out a large assigment and it would be so much faster and easier to read th documentation than to list questions and make $1.99 per mi...

Trashed Lasersoft Prefs
I trashed the Lasersoft Prefs and now DC Pro is working fine again. I did lose my favorite settings and now will go back and read the dox - set them up again and this time record what I did. Sorry you're having a problem Brett. I've had consistant and outstanding output from Lasersoft products. Albe...

Now there's another Problem
Thanks for suggesting that I use the web update but... I have tried that twice in the past and I end up with the German version of Silverfast. Not much help since I am half Tennessee HillBilly and half Polish. Now what? Are the web programmers at least going to put the version number of the software...

When will this be fixed?
I have three current versions of Silverfast and find the new login proceedure ill-concieved. You must let us know that there is a new version available before you force us to go scrambling for serial numbers and pass codes. And as far as security goes... Please be aware that as a long time user, I f...

No IT-8 Calibration Button
I've entered the same serial number that has worked in the past, yet with this update, I have no IT-8 calibration button. In a panic, I was remembering entering separate serial numbers in different places and couldn't find them. Shot myself in the foot, yesterday, by updating when I needed SilverFas...

Can't Find IT8 Calibration
MacOS9. Photoshop 6.01. Nikon LS2000. SF6.0.2r2. I have been struck dumb! I'm a long time SF user but... I've been waiting to jump from an older version of SF6.0.1, because a few upgrade versions were OSX only. Just upgraded to SF6.0.2.r2 and I can't figure out how to turn and Calibrate IT8 again. T...

That's it. Hooray
Going to "Products -> Development History" gave me the exact information I needed.
Plus I also found out that the SF version, that I downloaded, included the fix I had been waiting for.
Two wishes granted.
Thank you Gustav and thank you SilverFast.
