Hi, I have a question. I've just picked up a Ratoc FR1SX SCSI to Firewire Converter. I downloaded the current Silverfast and have run it in demo mode to see if the converter works. Well, I did view the first attempt at downloading, but I never resaved it. I've also downloaded it multiple times without viewing it, or opening it. I retried this morning, and it's still greyed out in silverfast.

Could the problem be in the on-line file?
