LaserSoft Imaging

I am scanning thousands of old glass negative slides fro the 1800's and early 1900's and some just will not scan right (most look great). The scan is essentially a white box. Moving the capture box sometimes results in a prefect image, but with part of it outside the box. I am simply out of ideas on...
