Normally (if checked) SF opens a scanned slide with the default image viewer. Is there a way to tell SF not to open with the "default" viewer but with e.g. Photoshop.
If not, it's a feature request ;-)

Drucker Kalibrierung

sf launcher.exe still running after closing SF
As I didn't get any answer from support so far, may be somebody here is listening: After closing SF, the launcher remains as a running process and consumes about 40% cpu time and about 30 MB RAM on a dualcore system. 2 "sides" mean: scanning a slide results in 1 file with 2 images. opening this in a imagebrowser shows 2 "sides" To me it looks like an embbeded jpg, because one image is smaller and looks more sharpened then other which is bigger. Normally a tif-file would have about 53 MB and in my case it's about...

File with 2 sides after scan
When scanning a slide with my Nikon 4000ED it results in a tif-file with 2 sides. the file itself is about 8 MB bigger as usual. Never saw that before.
What's the reason for this. I can't remember changing any settings
Any help?
Thanks,
Otto
