Hi, I've tried to work out how to use the frameset functionality with my scanner and can find nothing to help me within the application, the documentation or this forum. Crash whenever I ask for an overview scan
I use a Nikon Coolscan 800 ED.
I find that Silverfast will very reliably crash whenever I ask for an overview scan before the negative carrier has been recognised by the scanner.
It's an avoidable problem but it's infuriating when I forget to wait.
Any chance this can be investigated and fixed?
