I have the Plustek OpticFilm 8100.
Neither buttons on the front of the device active the software.
What do I need to do?
The device does scan OK though through the software interface.

How to get the film hider to scan 4 negs in auto mode?
I have a OpticFilm 8100 with SilverFast SE Plus v 8.0.1r38 installed on an iMac, but I can't find how to get the film holder to scan more than 1 neg or slide at once. I can't find any reference in the manuals, but I can see a Batch Scan option. Is that what I use and is there a reference to any tuto...
