Do you mean reinstall the program? Yes I did. However there's still no Pro 400H option.
I also tried delete the whole Lasersoft Imaging directory in the Application Data directory.

I have tried deleting the negafix directory in the silverfast directory but it doesn't help. I am already using the latest version.
Are there any alternative solutions? Thanks for your help.

I know that it should be in the Fujifilm>other, however there are only 4 other film's profiles but no pro 400H. I am using the XP 32bit ver...
