With my version of SF Ai Studio I can't do a 64bit HRDi Color or a 32 bit HDRi Greyscale because they are Greyed out. The is no iSRD button situated just above the SRD butter. I was even contemplating having to reformat my HD and reinstall all programs. I had tried reinstalling Ai Studsio a couple of times but nothing changed.

Yes, fixed but took me ages to reformat and partition HD, reinstall XP with all software. That's was the only real solution really.
Software conflicts maybe who knows.
Every thing running smoothly now.

Sonny, Sorry for not replying sooner. I eventually decided to do a complete new reinstall of XP reformat the HD and reinstall all my software.
That solved the problem. I don't really know the origin of the problem because I reinstalled all scanning software and Quick Time a couple of times.
