There is no Negafix profile for this emulsion. Can anyone suggest how to go about making one?

Technical Support came up with a solution, which I am posting here in case others run into this problem. They told me to detach from my computer any other scanners, all-in-1 machines or graphic tablets. In my case, there was nothing that needed detaching. Next, they said to go to C: - Documents and ...

I've now referred this to technical support. Their initial recommendation was to reinstall the SilverFast software from version 6.5.0r6. This did not fix the problem. I am now waiting for further advice from them.

I deleted the Prefs folder and I'm still getting the error.

Does anyone from Lasersoft monitor this forum, or should I just contact technical support?
