Is es eventuell möglich das Sie nicht die aktuellste SilverFast Version verwenden oder von einer alten Version geupdated haben und noch die alten prefs verwenden ? Dies könnte zu solchen Problem führen ansonsten müssten wir uns das Dia hier bei uns einmal ansehen welches diese Artefakte verursacht....

please start by unticking the CCR option in Negafix.
And also have a look into general->settings->auto
here are all the auto setings, I think this is what you are looking for.
