I suppose this is a question for Reflecta (and I will ask them), but it would be nice to hear if anyone here have had the same experience and maybe have a solution:
Reflectas spec for RPS 10M says a scanning area of 24,3 x 36,5 mm, but when I scan a frame from a film that have exactly 24 x 36 mm frames, the frame is croppet at the top and at one side with approximately 0,5 mm.
I do really want to scan the whole frame - and the 0,3 and 0,5 mm too - to get the thin natural black border "telling" this is the hole picture!

Re: Scanning area in Reflecta RPS 10M
Dear user,
You can correct the left/right frame position using the frame offset tool in the overview window.
The hight of the scan area however is fixed and can not be adjusted.
Kind regards,
Arne

Re: Scanning area in Reflecta RPS 10M
Thank you!
And I can adjust the frames horizontal offset with a button on the scanner. But it of course don't make a bigger scan area.
In other forums I now have seen others with the same problem with RPS 10M. Sadly, I have not find a way to contact Reflectas support.
