Reflecta CrystalScan 7200/LaserSoft SE

Hallo,

I have just bought the above bundle, but am having trouble finding the Driver for Windows 7 on the Reflecta Site. I've found other software programms i.e. CyberView but not the one I want. Can somebody please point me to the correct place on the Reflcta site? Many thanks. Mike

Dear Mike,

the driver for your scanner is contained in CyberView. Please download and install the program offered at Reflecta's site for your scanner model and operating system.

Dear Alejandro,

Many thanks for your reply. Either I did not express myself clearly enough, or I haven't fully understood your reply, probably the latter!
I have already installed the CyberView programme with the correct driver and it works fine, but when I open the LaserSoft SE Software it says it cannot find my Scanner and says I should go to your site to download the Driver, this I cannot find. Are you saying that the CyberView Drioer will run the Laser Soft SE Software? I guess I should remove the CyberView Software before using the LaserSoft Software? Excuse me, but it is not clear to me!!

Dear Mike

You should not remove the cyberview software from your computer, as I explained, it contained the driver you need to run your scanner.

Probably you have another imaging device connected to your computer causing an incompatibility problem.

Please make sure you disconnect all other imaging devices from your computer and restart the system only with the Reflecta scanner connected to it (i.e. webcams, other scanning units, iphones, digital camers, etc. )

Dear Alejandro,

Sorry, but have done what you said and when I try and start your Software I get the message "There was not scanner found ..... please refer to Logfile SF_Logfile.txt inside your SilverFast folder" - this I cannot find. When I push the button on the Reflecta scanner nothing happens, neither programme opens. Only when I go into the actual programme on the hard disk am I able to open the Cyberview programme. I have now deinstalled both programmes and will try to follow it all again. Maybe you have some more advice for me. Mike
