Hi,

I have 2 selection frames of equal size when a scan finishes and the software waits for the next job.

It comes automatically when I am scanning horizontal slides. The 2nd selection frame is of the same size but vertical.

Do I understand this right, you are trying to scan two horizontal frames of same size, but the second frame is vertical after scanning ?
If so, did you select rotation for the second frame ? Please check in the densitometer panel, if rotation/flipping is selected this frame.
