SF 5.XX Mac OS 10.2.1

Postby DMac » Sun Sep 22, 2002 11:20 pm

Hello All !

I have a dual 867 G4 running Mac OS 10.2.1 and I would like to use my Polariod Sprint Scan 4000 via SCSI like normal, however I have SF version 5.0 if I upgrade to 5.2. will this work on MAC OS 10.2.1 ??

The reason I ask this is I also have an Epson 1600 connected via SCSI, working like a dream with SF 6..07,, however I didnt really want to upgrade another version of SF to 6

Thanks[/i]

Dear DMac,
for your information: when buying updates at LSI, you can only buy the current software version (which is ver.6).

...and yes, you'd have to get this update (SF ver.6) if you want to run this Polaroid on OSX 10.2.1, because the 5.2 version was not OSX compatible anyway - in case you thinking about getting it as a "second-hand" bargain.

Thanks for the quick reply, after buying and using version 6.0... on my Epson 1600 with my Mac with OS 10.2.1, I have ordered version 6.0... for my Polaroid SS4000, from my local distrib. I like the improvements in ver 6.0 as compared to 5.0,
Just to letting you know I always buy "New" software never "second hand"
software because I like to support the company that makes this software, and provides great backup !

This is great software !!!

Regards

:D

DMac.

Thank you very much for your great comment to our software.
