Hello
It seems that I have got a problem
I first purchased the SE version, but my old slides needed more so the dealer switched it to a Ai version when we found calibration was needed
I yesterday tried to install the Ai version on my MAC from the DVD in the package, after uninstalling the SE version, no cure
I am not able to install from the DVD it wont start installation, I then downloaded the Ai version from your website after registration, but when I restart Silverfast it is still the SE version starting, how come?

My Mac has system: Intel Mac OSX 10.9

do you have any solutions to this

Dear customer,

The versions use the same instalaton file.
Please use the upgrade button in the welcome screen's Service Dialog to exchange your serial.

After you enter the Ai serial the new features will become available.
