My old scanner gave up the ghost and I have invested in the above combination.
Basically I like the results and the software, but one thing is sending me crazy.
How do I set the defaults for resolution and film type?
Every time I scan a negative in edit mode. I have to tell the software that I want 6.0Mp format and also that it is a Kodak Gold negative!
Same with scanning slides with dust and scratch removal. Every time I have to set the scanner resolution the full 7200 ppi.
I like the Workflowpilot idea but this seems to take away all the advantages of this feature,
Either I am stupid and can't find a way so save my settings, or the software is very limited in its features.
My frustration is mounting to the point that I am about to de-install it and go back to my old scanning software.
I can't believe I am the only one with this problem. Have I missed something? Anybody have a fix?

Dear customer,
The Workflow Pilot is meant to behave like this.
It is mainly a training tool and therefor resets itself at each start.
You can do the following.
Start the WorkflowPilot and walk through it until shortly before it starts the scan.
Then deactivate it.
The current Scanframe will keep the last settingsand you can simply keep it for all future scans, only executing the image auto adjust and starting the scan.
Unless you reset the frame it will keep it's settings.
Kind regards,
Arne Ketelhohn.
