Quickscan excellent - Saved file black

Hi,

I'm scanning slides using the Plustek 7200i scanner. The quickscan preview renders excellent results yet the saved file is black. No adjustments can be made in Photoshop. I'm sure this must be some setting in options but I can't seem to find it. I'd be most grateful if somebody could guide me in the right direction.

I am not quite sure from your posting: Are you using SilverFast or QuickScan with the 7200i ?
