Hello,
I am rather new in this "business" but managed already to scan Black/white Negativs and Slides. Now I try to scan color negativs (Agfa XRG 100) but failed. I have on page "General" = Negativ, on page "Frame" = Typ 48 Bit HDR Farbe/1417 dpcm.
The prescan looks pretty but when I scan, the result is so dark that you nearly dont see any structures. I tried to change everything but no success, therefore I need your help!
Thanks in advance, Guenther

Re: Problem with Color Negativs
Dear Arne,
first of all thanks for your reaction. Its a good feeling to be in a Forum where people react and a real support is provided!
Unfortunately your hint wasnt successful. I took now "48-24 Bit Farbe" but then the prescan was on first glance black/white, but you could think that there is a rest of colour in the picture. After scaning the result was the same. So I need more assistance.
Thanks, Guenther

Re: Problem with Color Negativs
Dear Guenther,
The highlights and shadows possibly have not been set correctly.
Did you set the scanframe exactly around the image content? (this is important for color negatives!)
And have you executed the image auto adjust?
kind regards,
Arne Ketelhohn.
