Plustek OpticScan 7600i not found under OSX 10.10

I installed the Demo for Silverfast AI Studio 8.8.0r3 for the Plustek OpticFilm 7600i on my MacBook Air under OSX 10.10.5 and plugged the scanner in, but Silverfast says it can’t find a scanner! What’s the problem?

Previously, I installed and can successfully run Silverfast AI Studio 8.8.0r3 for the Microtek ArtixScan M1 on that same MacBook Air.

I successfully run Silverfast AI Studio with my Plustek OpticFilm 7600i and Microtek ArtixScan M1 on my old Mac Pro under OSX 10.6.8.

Dear Mr Rosen,

The updater probably was not able to update the driver files.
Please download the latest driver installation file from the Plustek Website and install that.
