Plustek 7500i iSRD Not working

Hi I just picked up a Plustek 7500i and can not get the iSRD to work. It cleans up the image fine in the preview but when I scan
the neg it doesn't remove the dust. I'm using Silverfast SE on a MAC.

Can anyone help?

Dear Steve,

if your SilverFast version number is lower than 6.6.0r6, then please update on our web site to 6.6.0r6 for your scanner.
Please also check positive slides and if you are working at high resolution or scaling, then please check 1800 dpi at 100% for comparison.
