New 7200 i SE plustek scanner with laser soft imaging, Presto, Pagemanager software. Using silverfast-se software.

Scan Mode: Normal
Pos/Neg: Negative
Negafix
Kodak, Gold, Max 400
CMS
OpticFilm 7200i-POS
Adobe RGB(1998)
cannot get negs to come through scanner in color.
Any feedback and assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Dear rodglo,
I am not aware of such behaviour. (What do you mean with "OpticFilm 7200i-POS" ?)
Did you try to scan to file diretly (i.e. not into Presto) ?
Did you try to scan in positive mode ?

I have the same problem, I am scanning a negative. The prescan looks good (positive colors) and when I press the scan button it saves as a negative.

Dear marcodejonge,
the problem posted above seems to be happening outside SilverFast.
If you are having this problem please make sure you are not scanning your negatives in "48 bits HDR color" mode because it produces unmodified RAW files, it means that your negatives will be scanned as negatives.
