I'm stuck! (SF AI Studio 8 & PT OpticFilm 120)

Can someone please help me get started ?

The most basic interface function between the SF and OpticFilm 120 isn't covered in any of the documentation of either product. I'm spinning my wheels, and on a support call with PlusTek USA the two techs there couldn't figure out how to do the following either.

I am trying to scan 6-frame B&W negatives (35mm).

1. The techs pointed out that counter-intuitively I need to use 6x12 instead of 35mm setting. (OK, so be it, but that should be documented somewhere.)

2. The problem is that although I can see the full side-by-side width of the two film strips, I can see only see 3 and 1/5th frames of each on the screen (regardless of whether they are vertical or rotated horizontal); see below.

3. There is no slider to move the the strips to see other frames, and the zoom controls (Ctrl minus or plus; or Alt minus of plus) don't do anything. (My operating system is Win7.) Ctrl-F, to show "all frames" doesn't change anything either.

I have been through all the documentation and SF videos, but am dead in the water until I can get past this most basic thing. Any help will be much appreciated.

Dear customer,

Like I mentioned in your other post.
This will be much easier when the new drivers for the device are ready.
They will allow fine adjustment of the image position.
Then you can use the 35mm setting and position each image which will be easier than using the 6x12.
The 6x12 is currently the maximum area the scanner can scan at high resolution.
