Hi,
I have problem to get me SilverFast software to work.
When I try to press the Scan or Prescan button the scaners light is turned off and nothing happens. (the background light, not the power led). Then the program freeze.
If I try to use the QuickScan program, everything work fine.
Any idea what might be wrong?
System info:
OS: Win XP Home Edition 6.4.4.r3b (earlier versions gives the same result)
SW-version: PlusTek OpticFilm 7200
Scanner: Plustek OpticFilm 7200
Can't scan from SilverFast
