Hello!
Recently I have purchased SilverFast Ai 6.1 for my ReflectaProScan4000 which has ICE implemented. This scanner is listed as being supported on your website.
After installing SilverFast the ICE icon was not available and I contacted your German Helpdesk. They informed me that you have a licence issue with ICE for the ReflectaProScan4000 and that the functionality is currently not available for this scanner.
Can you tell me:
a) whether this is true?
b) when this problem will be solved?

Digital ICE is a licensed technology by Kodak's Austin Development Center, formerly Applied Science Fiction.
