Help Please / Bitte helfen - Reflecta 7200 Negative Scanning
Hello / Guten abend. I would appreciate your help please / Bitte helfen mir! I tested the above scanner with the dedicated demo version of SE plus and was able to scan successfully from negatives. I then purchased the decdicated SE Plus version 6.6 CD, checked for the latest version and downloaded SE Plus 6.6 (2r4) upon installation. I'm following the instructions in the manual (pre-scanning as positive, then selecting 'negative' and using Negafix), but each time the resulting tiff file is an orange casted negative, not a colour image. As such, advice on how to resolve this would be appreciated. Thank you / Danke!

Dear steveknott,
Please make sure your scantype is not set to 48bit HDR, which is a raw image format for our archive suite workflow.
HDR images are scanned without any changes or transformations.
Also make sure you do not close the NegaFix window as that returns SilverFast to positive mode.
