Silverfast SE for Mountain Lion (Epson V700 Photo)

Ive got mountain lion for my mac since some weeks.
Today i wanted to work with my silverfast, but the only thing that works is the silverfast universal launcher. the launcher window starts like normal, but if i try to click the epson-button in the launcher, it happens nothing.
is there any new update neede for mountain lion or does anyone have the same problem?

i would be so thankful if anybody could help me out.

Dear Arne,

SilverFast 6 is not working with Lion or Mountain Lion.
You need an upgrade to SilverFast 8. You will get it at our webpage
