I scanned some negative recently but there is some problem of exported files.
When I turn on the 'ISRD', images are broken. please check the attachments.

Dear user,
This happens when the Infrared channel is blocked by the material.
Activate the 1:1 or HQ preview in the iSRD dialog. Then hold the following keys pressed while you click into the preview window with the mouse.
Windows: <shift> and <Ctrl>
Mac: <shift> and <command>
The infrared channel will be shown as a black&white image.
It should only show the dust and scratches. No image content should be shown. Otherwise it would be detected as defects.
If the detected areas are too large the shown effect occurs.
You can use the masking tool to exclude or limit the corrected area so the problematic parts of the image are not corrected.
Or in Ai Studio you can use the eraser.
