New User - Silverfast launcher "unexpectedly quit"

Hello Everyone

New here and I have just received my new Epsom V700 with silverfast SE6.6

I have installed everything to my Macbook Pro (4gb ram - 10.7.5 Lion - 2.66Ghz Intel Core i7). When I open the launching software, It presents me with the silverfast software, It allows me click on the found software but nothing happens. Then its quits all by it self. I have tried re installing the software over and over again, as well as re downlading drivers and the bundle from the epsom website, plus deleting the pref folder and the lasersoft folder. No luck.

If you have any ideas please share!

Dear Yan,

SilverFast 6.6 is not working on OS X 10.7 and 10.8. You need an upgrade to SilverFast 8. You will get it in our web store at www.silverfast.com
