Grey: Dust / Scratch removal hangs on 80% - Ai - OSX

When scanning B&W negatives, I cannot get th iSRD/Dust/Scratch to work. it runs trough all stages until it arrives at "Grey: Dust/Scratch removal" where it gets to about 80% progress, then stops, with the SF_number_cruncher process running at 100% cpu. There is no difference whether i run Se or AI versions, or whether i run 16 or 8 bit scans.

This problem has never occurred when scanning color negatives.

Any idea , anyone?

Canon 9000f
SF AI version 6.6.2r4a (same problem also on SE 6.6.2r3 and SE 6.6.2r4a)

Dearv customer,

it is not possible to scan B&W negatives with iSRD, bacause it has silverhalide in the emulsion. Please work with SRD without infrared.
