Epson Perfection V750 Error Scanner not ready

Hello there,

I just updated my Mac to Leopard or version 10.6.2. and tried scanning with Silverfast Ai version (E-6.4.3) but it doesn't work. Everytime I tried to prescan it gives me the following message:

Error the scanner is not ready

Could someone advice me what should I do? Is Ai compatible with Snow Leopard?

Dear Customer,

you would need to purchase an upgrade to SilverFast 6.6
With SilverFast Version 6.6.1r2 SnowLeopard is fully supported for the Epson V750.
