Can't uninstall SilverFast

Whenever I execute the "Uninstall-SilverFast (Epson-SE)" icon in my Applications/SilverFast Application folder it launches XCODE with the uninstall script displayed.
I've searched the forum and checked the online manual's index and I can't find any instructions on uninstalling the product.
Is there some other preferred method of uninstalling other than launching the Uninstall-SilverFast icon?
If not, is there some trick to getting the uninstall script to actually run, instead of opening in the Xcode editor?
Or will I achieve a FULL uninstall by simply dragging the SilverFast folder into the trash?

Dear Doug,

to make a full deinstall open the program "Terminal", drag the deinstall-script in the terminal window and press "Enter".
All SilverFast files will be deleted now.
